Where are your kaftans made? Each Dawn Bradbury kaftan is made in-house and is crafted from curated mulberry silk, chosen for the way it moves and catches the light.

What size are they? How do they fit? Our kaftans are cut generously as one size / relaxed fits and designed to drape rather than cling, so they flatter a wide range of shapes. Every kaftan looks slightly different - why? Because each print is placed by hand, no two pieces fall exactly the same way. Your kaftan is one of a kind, and that's the beauty of it.

How do I care for my kaftan? To keep the colours vivid and the fabric beautiful, we recommend gentle hand wash in cold water / dry clean only. Avoid wringing, dry in the shade, and cool iron on the reverse if needed. Full care instructions are included with your order.

How should I style it? However you like - that's the point. Wear the long styles flowing over swimwear or belted for evening, the shorter cuts to lunch, and the tops with your favourite trousers or denim.

How long until my order arrives? Orders are processed within 1-3 days. Delivery then takes roughly 3-5 days domestically and 7-21 days internationally. You'll receive tracking as soon as it ships.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Can I return or exchange an item? Because our pieces are made in limited runs, all sales are final. The one exception is a faulty or damaged item - if that ever happens, we'll make it right. Details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
